Broccoli Salad

2 bunches of broccoli chopped into florets (~ 5 cups)
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 cup raisins
10-12 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (optional)

Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip salad dressing
2 tbsp balsamic or cider vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar

Mix veggies together. Mix dressing in separate bowl. Toss veggie mixture with dressing. Refrigerate for at least three hours. Can be made a day ahead.
